Similarly to Batalna, a lot of locals still use the old name of the street to denote the general area around it.

The name "Southern Block/Area" is a common denominator for the area around the Naukova, Vołodymyra Vełykoho, Truskavećka, Puluja and Symonenka streets. The area is also known as "The South" among locals. "Southern Block" is used as a name in some maps.

I think it would be for the best to add this label due to this name's cultural influence.

Old screenshots of this area on Openstreetmaps show it denoted as India, but for some reason the marker doesn't exist anymore. I think adding it back would make a lot of sense.
