Minor fixes to parks

More edits to parks mostly, also fixing my own errors after reading up. Washougal/Camas are growing rapidly. This map was shockingly out of date.

The Lacamas Park Trails submissions really are named that. Whoever did this before just gave them weird and wonky names. There's also been a lot of building in Camas/Washougal. Much has changed. I tried to be as accurate as I could with what I do know.

Fixing up Steigerwald and other waterfront paths. Much building has gone on. There were multiple projects in the 10s of millions. I have been to every location I edited and can confirm.
