revised general tags to reflect usage both by foot and bicycle user groups.

Trail closed due to active gravel pit expansion project (trail is on private property). Heavy logging and machine work has rendered majority of trail tread impassable at this time. A new trail alignment is in the pit expansion plan to be completed (?)

Section has unsafe bridge, is unauthorized and closed to public use.
