Changed access = no to access = private.

Named a social trail, please don't use it, it confuses the folks who need to use our trails for education purposes.

Changed path, bridge, and trails to private access at Waskowitz. Waskowitz does not allow public access on it's land on the North side of the Snoqualmie Valley Trail. There is public access allowed on their land on the South side of the Snoqualmie trail.
