The owner put up a sign that it is a private street, hiking is currently allowed.

Those paths are really steep (I live in this village), and it is always considered as a route in a cycling app which I'm using. It is impossible to cycle there because this is basically a wall. Sometimes it is even more climbing than hiking already.
