Access from Ormsundveien to and from Kongshavnveien is private for all modes of transport. Now security gated by harbour authority with comprehensive restriction signs at entrance. Google Streetmap is out of date, showing only a rising barrier.

Add surface level parking for Hofftunet visitors.

Manual metal swing gate/boom on a rising hinge. No lock. Acts as a traffic calming measure and psychological barrier.
