Addressed FixMe on local bike route in Falls Church City - rerouted to safest/legal route. Note that signage is very sparse and there is no formal City map - this is an old City route not well maintained.

Other bike/ped cleanup. Updated speed limits for recent changes by Arlington, VA.

Clean up for completed development and bike/ped issues. Aligned road classification with VDOT and traffic counts. Defaulted to "path" with bike/ped designators rather than cycleway or footpath when the route serves both types. Continued to add sidewalks.

Updated primarily for bike-related elements - new bike lanes, paths, speed limit and lane count data that feeds People for Bikes BNA, etc. Also removed parking lot at VT now gone and other fixes for the new West Falls development area.
