minor revision for Shimokitazawa

I have corrected the Iyotetsu Jyohoku Line line which I had overlooked.

I corrected the Astram Line line which I had overlooked.

Additional update for 補助54号線 in Shimokitazawa area

I changed Astram line from subway to light rail (light metro).

I updated some buildings around the new planned road 補助54号線.

I changed the part of Jyohoku line back again. I apologize for the repeated changes.

I made majority of the last changes to original.

I changed Iyotetsu Jyohoku line from light rail to tram.

I changed the street running section of Enoden to light rail based on the rule, "A light rail system should be mapped consistently, as long as there are no serious differences."( https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:railway%3Dlight_rail ).

I made the last changes to original.

I changed the street running section of Fukui railway to tram.

I changed Toyama Chihō Railway Main Line (Dentetsu-Toyama ~ Kamiichi) from branch line to main line.

Additional correction

Addition to the last modification. I changed the part of Toyamako line from light rail to tram.

In order to make it consistant with Manyo line, I changed some Toyamako line's tram stop to railway station.
