Reverts access tags (which cause issues) for Pennyfield Avenue gated community - typically permissive here (at least as far as I have seen at night) with one (maybe more elsewhere) semi-public way in/out via Pennyfield Avenue.

Reverts invalid access tags (which caused issues) for Edgewater Park - this is a "permissive" access area at best.
