Corrected some building locations from my knowledge.

Added more buildings along the roads in Koper.

Added another house.

Added a whole lot of smaller roads and buildings.

Adding more houses to Cerej.

Added a couple of buildings and a roadt that was missing from osm and an address so that I can navigate to this area.
