Torque Drive is a little farther south, almost across from Richards.

This is a new apartment complex with outlots. I visited the site and made coarse measurements. The new streets are complete with street signs, and about 1/3 of the complex is now occupied at the north end of Brinell St. (1-Dec-2019)

A new office/residential tower is under construction on this lot as of 3/12/2018.
