Fixed path placement

Change more realistically reflects factual state. One segment of the street is connected with the other by 1,5m width pedestrian path that can't be driven through by car only pedestrians/bicycle. Locals call it "Wąwóz bizona"

Added couple of homes near my area, some of them yet not visible on the satellite images but will be visible there after next refresh.
