Minor edits to get road type to match

Added detail on local conditions: turnaround loop at road end, bridges and a culvert marked, minor creek/road realignments, and a gap between driveway end and forest track extending west.

Added the Switchback Hill turning Wye and tail track visible on the DOGAMI LIDAR map layer. I will be doing additional work on the OC&E Rails to Trails and the historic OC&E right-of-way.

I ride this section frequently with Mid-Valley Bicycle Club. I made minor alignment changes and surface changes where appropriate on Foster Road
