Updated VRT/LCT Bus Route 40 after doing a survey. Discovered that, while there are fixed bus stops on the route, the bus is mostly a "hail and ride" service, so I have applied that to most of the route. Also updated the name to be PTv2 Compliant.

Added LCT Bus Route 343, along with additional bus stops that will be added to a to-be-mapped LCT Bus Route. Some other bus stop improvements/updates in the area.

Fixed LCT Bus Route 372, updated namings for some routes (372, 371, 342, 341, 331) to be PTv2 compliant.
