Smoothed the newly added roadside path

Added temporary roadside path on the highway ramp so that the Park&Ride facility can be entered by cyclists (and pedestrians) through the side entry of the northwest parking lot.

Added shared path using the locked gate side opening for pedestrians and walkers into Park&Ride facility. This entry allowes avoiding a dangerous unprotected left turn into main entry of P&R.
