Just removed some unnecessary attributes.

Bicycle=designated was tagged on the secondary highway. As there is a dedicated cycleway on the right side, I changed the tag to cycleway=separate. I also changed the highway type of the track on the right to "path" (cyclists + pedestrians)

I splited the street in two at the junction to be more precise for the location of the cycleway lane.

I tagged cycleways on the highway (lanes).

It is actually segregated. Bicycles and pedestrians have their own lane.

The cycleway is not a track so I changed it to lane

The previous tag bicycle=use_sidepath was confusing as there was no parallel highway dedicated to a cycleway. Using cycleway:right=track seems better.

The cycleway is not tagged as a separated element. The tag cycleway=separate is wrong. The tag cycleway=track is more appropriate.
