Changed service roads to parking aisles

I added a stem cell therapy clinic where a plain building feature used to be, added the name "Delta High School" to the school feature next door, and added a pediatrics clinic next to the high school by replacing the building feature with it.

I added a dentist office to a building, changed a building feature to a bank feature, and changed another building to a hospital feature.

I added the name of the business and added information like their address.
