Modified River Grade from 4 to 2/3 at Campsie, fixed a typo at the Stanley Weir from 2;3 to 2/3. I created a line to show the drain at the Stanley Mills

Added the toilets and changed it to show no fees, as well as clarifying there is no fireplace but instead a stove, the tag may need to be corrected
