Added a name of the residential building blocks homeowners association

Added a row of garages next to the residential block

The roads are not connected as it was drawn on the map. They are on different levels and a car/pedestrian cannot do a full circle around (except for around the pitch). Also adjusted were the road is next to the garages (adjacent to the garage).
