edited some permissions for accuracy

There is MAJOR construction going on, so the roads are closed and will be changing soon anyways, so I deleted a section of road that is currently off limits to the public and will be likely changing in a few months.

Added a path that connects two neighborhoods. This is local knowledge, and barely visible from a satellite picture. Not sure what people call it, so I made a descriptive name.
