Adding turn lanes at intersection

This is the first time I've applied turn lanes to a road. The OSM way appears to be going away from the intersection so traffic approaching the intersection would be turn:lane:backward, it has three lanes each with a specified direction, no combinations

This road has on street parallel parking on both side of the road making it effectively a single lane in each direction though the side lanes can be used as travel lanes when cars are not present.

Adding a park

I live right in the middle of all of these changes and know these roads very well. New roads were added from plans obtained from the developer. These roads are paved and present today.
