Diese crossing macht - da der fußweg für Radfahrer nicht mehr freigegeben ist- keinen Sinn mehr.

Leider ist der rote streifen mangels Beschilderung hier nicht für Radfahrer freigegeben.

Obwohl hier stellenweiser roter Belag auf dem Gehweg ist, ist hier durch die Mangelnde "Radfahrer Frei" oder "Radweg" Beschilderung die Nutzung des Gehwegs nicht mehr legal möglich. Auch nicht anscheinsradweg wegen unterbrechung am Baum.

actually this is a service way used primarily by DB Netze (aside from cyclists and pedestrians) - not a "track" made for agricultural use. "surface" is correct - I guess that in the past this was marked as "track" to not imply surface=asphalt.
