Change surface to the nice smooth tarmac it's been for the several years I've been cycling on it.

Add/amend some names

Change way from footway to track (local farmers drive tractors along it), give it its name and add culvert for Gairney Water to go under it.

Change this section of road C494 from track to tertiary so it matches the rest of the road (ways 62384075, 263022624, 62384077, etc).
