Added library hours based on website

Undoing my previous abbreviation of the SJCPL library name. (Note: The website, etc. suggests the library is now using "Joe" rather than "Joseph.") Also re-added opening hours.

Updated the number of lanes on Douglas Road, which has been widened. Also added the pavement type in some locations.

Added new traffic signal at Douglas Road and Carmichael Drive. This is now a four-way intersection, so I took a guess and moved the service road south of the intersection. NOTE: This service road will need to be updated once aerial imagery is available!

Removed C'est La Vie Cakes (changed its marker to a disused shop).

Updated a business. Thanks to JCL817 for posting a note about this.

Deleted Mango Cafe. Thanks to JCL817 for flagging this with a note. There is a new building under construction in this area.

Removed some traffic signals.

Removed some paths and sculptures that were located in what is now a construction site.

Replaced two buildings with nodes, since the two businesses seem to occupy only part of a larger building. The business names are copied from Changeset 90307975 by user Ann Sage.

Removed what appeared to be a duplicate building (Dick's Sporting Goods).

Added junction=roundabout tag.

Updated some service roads and an area.

Expanded two retail areas to form one large retail area.

Modified a path.

Modified some buildings.

Added some buildings and slightly realigned an alley.

Added some buildings.

Removed and altered parts of University Village Drive according to aerial imagery.

Added buildings in Howard Park. These are preliminary and could use refinement.
