Added a few benches and picnic table in sauerman woods

Added a small pond and lake off Broadway in Merrillville.

Added public path in sauerman woods based off of a gps trace I did, also added the two unmarked shelters there.

Fixed some roads, added a pond.

I added a number of the open shelters inside of the fairgrounds- I know a few have places for animals, but I'm not 100% sure which they are off the top of my head. I also marked the proper building as the covered bridge.

Set the covered bridge to a foot path because there are poles specifically set to prevent motor vehicles from entering it.

Tweaked roads around the Lake County Fairgrounds, corrected the location of the Crown Point Bridge.

Added some more ponds.

Changed First Baptist Church from Point to Area; renamed it as its name was changed in the 1990s. Additionally, added some contact info for First Christian Reformed Church.

Added the USF Crown Point Campus, as well as Franciscan Point. The buildings next to Franciscan point are offices of doctors and a sports medicine clinic, which I plan to tag later.

Added a playground on Pennsylvania Pl. and another in Kaiser Park. Changed St. Anthony Village to reflect its actual, removed parking lot tag from building on hospital lot. Also added in the pond at the high school and the retention basin on Jefferson dr
