Added some of the foot path. Why tf did somebody not do this already????

added a part of the county library

changed the crossing to their place since they also got changed irl, omg I need to do a whole city revamp

at Ștefulescu there technically IS a ramp but like... it's only outside... you can't even get into a classroom alone if you are in a wheelchair

Finally re added the crossing since it got moved and also added Cărturești at the mall

There were a lot of mistakes here and I probably did one too so I will come back later when I check it by myself
