I think this is a misspelling of Cattis Side. Also the same thing, further along the road. I have checked it on the OS map.

http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/58898026 is "boat=no;yes". I'm guessing that it's probably "no", but it needs checking to see if any bit of it is actually "yes".
