The notes will be reflected here, even if they are fixed. I hope that my explanation answers your query

That’s ok. My query was inaccurate. When I open map, zoom to area, and put notes layer on the map, I can see fixed notes also:

That’s what I don’t know, how long they will appear on the map.

Fixed notes will be hidden after some time. I don’t know how long it takes but some of my fixed notes are hidden now.
