Why have you added an “is_in:continent” tag for the USA in https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/42570666 when not all of it is in North America? I’m sending this as a message that has to be read before you can continue editing because several people have asked the same question before and you haven’t replied.

You’ll be able to continue editing openstreetmap as soon as you’ve read this message but please do reply to the people who have tried to contact you. You can see the numbers of comments by looking at https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/bobspin/history .

Also, if you’re not getting email messages about chanegset discussion comments I’d suggest that you fix your email so that you see them immediately.
