you seem to be making a number of mechanical changes without having discussed them (nursing_home->social_facility, drinking_water->watering_place etc.)

You have been asked by at least one other mapper to stop but you are still continuing, therefore I am sending you this message which blocks your account until you have read it (your account will function normally after you have read the message).

Please stop re-tagging things that you have no first-hand knowledge of. It has been pointed out to you that a “watering_place” is something else than “drinking_water”, and a “nursing_home” is something else than a “social_facility”. You are damaging our database by making these edits.

Please tell me why you thought that you can (or should) make these changes, so that we can have the tools/wiki pages/… fixed.
