Since you still haven’t indicated any sources other than Google, Waze and Here Maps, we have to assume that new names come from these sources. We have to ask you again to stop copying names from there. If you continue to copy data from sources with incompatible licenses you’ll be prevented from updating OpenStreetMap in the future.
