Since 2017 you made a number of edits in OpenStreetMap using the MAPS.ME application. You may not be aware of that, but every place you add from this application becomes visible on a publicly accessible map. This is intended for points of interest that are open for everyone. However, sometimes users of MAPS.ME add their private notes as public places.
