Reason for block:

Follow-on block from https://www.openstreetmap.org/user_blocks/6657 .

In https://www.openstreetmap.org/user_blocks/6657 , you were told “you have been asked by other community members and by the DWG, several times, to refrain from doing further undocumented imports” and “I am now blocking your account until such time as you write to us at data@osmfoundation.org to confirm that you will never again import third-party data into OSM without sufficient prior discussion in the community.”

We’ve now received a complaint about another import, https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/137533993 . This is clearly an import - in a changeset discussion comment there you’ve linked to the 3rd-party source that you used. This goes directly against the promise that you gave before https://www.openstreetmap.org/user_blocks/6657 was revoked.

You will therefore be blocked while we (the Data Working Group) discuss what to do with this and any other data that you may have imported without discussion. It is likely that any data imported in contravention of https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import/Guidelines will be reverted to the status quo ante. We’ll also discuss what, if any, continuing sanction should be in place.

If you would like to discuss this please email data@openstreetmap.org with subject “[Ticket#2023062010000032] zluuzki imports”.

Best Regards,

Andy Townsend, on behalf of OSM’s Data Working Group.

Edit: I’ll revoke this block to allow discussion at https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/infrastructure-edits-in-usa-such-as-https-www-openstreetmap-org-changeset-137533993/100397 . Please let the dicussion there reach a natural conclusion before embarking on adding more data to OSM.
