I doubt if there are the same speed limit signals as in Germany (Lf 7). You should think about a NL signal tagging scheme. (At the moment there are tagging schemes for DB, ÖBB and – under construction – SBB). https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/3330189722

This was a test in order to get familiar with ORM tagging. It will be removed as soon as I replace it with a specific Dutch tag.
