Why you removed this tag?
Please explain otherwise I'd revert the changeset. -

Hi sabas88, kind greetings!
Here is your explanation:
1. "rated" is no defined tag in OSM wiki.
2. Value "XXX" adds no info.
3. According to taginfo.openstreetmap.org the tag "rated" is only used once in whole OSM database.
-> Conclusion: Can be removed. -

Oh and why I (and some others) do this: http://blog.jochentopf.com/2015-03-05-new-taginfo-features-and-a-challenge.html

No. It can be replaced with the tag http://wiki.osm.org/wiki/Key:min_age with value 18

Yes, that challenge is asking to fix the tags (I am partecipating), not vandalising the database

So then just fix it, no reason to get unkind. I just didn't associate "rated=XXX" with "min_age".
