Thank you for adding details to OSM. FYI, a sidewalk would usually be mapped as a "footpath" as opposed to the "Pedestrian street" option you chose. The pedestrian street is intended for things like downtown areas in cities where there are wide roads that are primarily intended for pedestrian traffic. You can see the OSM wiki for more details on this: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:highway%3Dpedestrian vs http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:highway%3Dfootway

Thank you for the clarification and links. I am just getting used to OSM and wasn't sure which to choose. Thanks again.

Another useful link is the "Map Features" page on the wiki. The iD editor has presets built in for most common things but if you want more information about a type of object, the map features page can show you where to go: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Map_Features
Also, what's up with the hospital in the middle of this block? Is that a real thing? It looks like just residential houses here. That point was imported to OSM from a government source which has a history of being unreliable. It might be misplaced by a few blocks or a historical location. I don't see any large hospital looking buildings in the area so I'm guessing it doesn't exist any more. If this is the case, please nuke it from OSM.
