Please note there cannot be 45 km of paving stones, this is Kazakhstan and such paving used in towns; footways only. Changing back to unpaved or ground.
Another thing is there speed limit sign 40 km/h or this is practical speed ? Another tag shall be used then.
Regards

Hi, I drove that route last February and it was definitely paved with paving stones. It is an old Soviet-era road. Once the pavement started, it was excellent asphalt all the wave to Aktau. There is no sign, it is a practical speed due to condition of the roadway.

Still looks unbelivable to me, paving stones were never used in USSR except footways, some squares etc. Take a look anything similar to this ? http://www.doroga.ua/Handlers/ContentImageHandler.ashx?ReportContentImageID=11786&Size=Big
Thanks
