sure...that was the JOSM plugin uploading things...sorry...i still can't figure out how to upload a gpx here

JOSM is the wrong tool to upload gpx-data, see https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/GPX . In former times, OSM needs real GPS recorded gpx data to draw the ways and other things. But today we can also use aerial photos.
If you only want to visualize your gpx on a map, please use http://umap.openstreetmap.fr/it/ or other track drawing websites

thank you all and sorry for the mess...
i actually want to bring my gpx track on OSM and then put it on my website because these way users have a better experience...
the gpx (from Stuttgard (GER) to Rome (ITA9)) was builded in years of tracking than i cleaned it with google earth...
so now i just have to figure out how to import the gpx (that uMap imports easly) in OSM..
Regards

OpenStreetMap is not the tool you need. What you need is a tool which overlays a GPX track or GeoJSON file over a base map. Javascript libraries like Leaflet or OpenLayers serve this purpose but OSM doesn't do that. We are just a project to create a database of features which exist on the ground.
Btw, please keep in mind that data traced from Google service might be copyrighted (and you not allowed to use it in public/to use it without using Google Maps).
