Comment from Evandering
Hi zahadi,
Welcome to OpenStreetMap! If you haven’t already, may I suggest reading the OSM guide to good editing practice (https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Good_practice)?
It looks like when these footways were created, they were unconnected (http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Unconnected_ways). This means that navigation applications can't use them, and users viewing the map close-up may see gaps. I've connected these ways together, and also created nodes where they cross other nodes, such as pedestrian crossings.
I also thinned out nodes on curves. I generally use JOSM's circle arc (https://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Help/Action/CreateCircleArc) tool to create enough nodes for the curves to appear smooth, without drawing more than necessary. Too many nodes will make editing harder for other users, by making downloads take longer and making it more complex to manipulate nodes.
Please feel free to get in touch if you have questions or feedback about my edits, or if you would like to discuss future edits.
Cheers,
Evandering
