Hi, I see you have a layer=1 tag on the islet.
The two bridges are set as layer=1 to show they are above the river that they cross. It also means that the islet is on the same layer as the bridges that come down onto it. With no layer tag on the islet the default for the islet would be taken as 0 so the bridges would be above the islet.

Thanks i had added trying to get the Islet to display correctly and forgot to remove it.
