Cool. Are you placing these points based on your own survey, or are you importing the coordinates from NOAA? I just wonder, because those two benchmarks you placed don't quite align with the existing peaks in OSM.

The coordinates are from the National Geodetic Survey. You are correct that they are off from the physical location since the actual benchmark is right next to the trail. I also believe the Powell Butte node from a few months ago is incorrect. States the elevation at 191m but both the benchmark and USGS place the peak at 187m.
Tabor actually has 5 different benchmarks with 3 on the crest. The one I detailed may or may not be the highest in elevation.
All of this is a small project I am doing with my 6 years old; benchmarks, townships and range, lat/long. When we find one, we take a picture and I decided to start logging them.
