Hi, Andi.
Churriana is not a village, it is a borough and a neighbourhood of Málaga (with the same name). They are both already on the map.
You can see the complete list of borough and neighbourhood in Málaga on the wiki: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/ES:M%C3%A1laga/Distritos_y_barrios
Happy mapping.
Regards,
Daniel

Hi Daniel,
now can't see Churriana on the map.
May can tag as a suburb? If not can tag the residential area with name=Churriana?
Cheers,
Andi. -

Yes, the names of the boroughs (place=borough) are not rendered on the Carto map.
Churriana is the name of a "place=neighbourhood" (barrio, in Spanish) and a "place=borough" (distrito municipal, in Spanish). They are both on the map:
- Churriana (neighbourhood): https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/4924665979
- Churriana (borough): https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/6929576The "place=suburb" tag may not be the correct tag, even show the name on the map. The best would be, in my opinion, show the name of the borough directly in Carto (I do not know it this is possible). If there is no other solution, we could provisionally add a new node "place=suburb" in this location with the name.
What do you think?
