It is common to exit the A15 and rejoin the A15 (by using the right turn) to bypass the traffic lights if they have just changed.Also the ends of the A57 and B199 are part of the A57 and B199 respectively, not parts of the A15. as such they should be mapped as primary_link & secondary_link, not trunk_link.

First; a common turning movement does not mean the move is allowed or safe. This sounds like a selfish manoeuvre. About the trunk link segments; ramps or ramp like roads joining a dual carriageway or similar should be mapped as the higher class of road; in this case the trunk road.
