Would this not also be part of Bieber Circle, to which you just added the `lit' tag?
However crappy old aerial imagery implies this is a misleading TIGER import and this loop should be replaced by a turning circle node.
Which I suspect is true for your other two identical comments here in Warner.
I fixed this with https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/56494590
I also added some more details around Warner so you (ImParker) can survey a little bit more using StreetComplete! Maybe I will even add some more buildings in the next days!
Nice work, I like to see things get filled out this way, particularly where a local mapper can contribute as well... Go for it, ImParker !
I added now all visible buildings here in Warner! I hope that this will help a surveyor to add some more details here!
Thanks for mapping! I will close as it appears to be fixed now.
I'm actually going to re-open this note, as I think I've seen mapping errors near here, and I want to be awake enough before I throw about accusations in The Blame Game.
I will try to be constructive amongst myriad personal accusations, which is why I let meself sleep upon this area the last daylight hours :-)
Oh damn.... The buildings around here were rectangular as I created them... Why do they have such a strange shape now? And the streets too...
Not sure, but streets have always been wonky here. Never aligned quite right. Let me know if there's anything you want me to do here.
https://nrenner.github.io/achavi/?changeset=56538745
looks to be a changeset with a *lot* of problems.
A lot of things have been deleted and moved with the result that a lot of independnt items have gotten attached vto administrative boundaries which have been partly moved and are no longer accurate.
I suspect things were not aligned to the most accurate if oldest imagery, and that editor iD has had a hand in things.
What needs to be done to align the satellite picture with the actual mapping? Who should I talk to to get that resolved?
See https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Using_Imagery - and especially https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Using_Imagery#Matching_imagery_using_different_editors
If you need further help - please, write what was missing/confusing on this page.
i hit "make square" on all the buildings around here
