What do you mean by no access? Only for motor vehicles, or anyone regardless of mode? And how is this enforced? By barrier, sign or some other means?
There is/was an unofficial sign placed at the farm in the South. The sign does not specify mode of transport. https://www.mapillary.com/app/?pKey=112612681590848&focus=photo I've updated the map.
The sign says "gjennomkjøring forbudt" which implies vehicles, usually motorized. For a road located this far from buildings the property owner also doesn't have a legal mandate to ban travel by foot. Based on that I set access to motor_vehicle=private. Hope that's ok with you.
Wouldn't it have to be "destination" instead of "private" to not break routing?
Difficult to say. There are no destinations along this section of road, confirming this is not an official sign and little though has been put in the text. I guess somebody with more experience in the actual rights of overpass on private roads can add the correct tagging.
In this particular case "private" and "destination" will have the same practical effect. But in case there ever appears a destination here, we might as well use the latter. I feel like that is the most accurate interpretation of the sign, even though it is quite unclear.
I've updated it to this effect.
