Menue Bainda has seven years of working experience in advocacy, voluntarism, youth development community outreach, events planning and management and civic technology. He is 30 years old and a citizen of Liberia born in Bong Mines Liberia. Menue earned a Bachelor’s of Business and Administration degree in Management from the United Methodist University in Liberia on April 20, 2021. Menue is currently the Communications Assistant at AIFO Liberia where he supports the Communications and Program Advisor in developing and rolling out various communication contents and activities for the institution. Prior to joining AIFO-Liberia, Menue served as Communications Intern at the Millennium Challenge Account Liberia, in 2018. While working at the Millennium Challenge Account Liberia, Menue help to improved and increased visibility of the Compact project in Liberia using different communications medium and tools. Menue has performed community volunteer service for local government and donor funded agencies including; iLab Liberia, the Ministry of Health Liberia, Accountability Lab, NAYMOTE Liberia, UNDP and the Association of African universities amongst other. As a Co-Founder and Team Lead of Volunteers Hub Liberia, a Nonprofit youth organization that is promoting and empowering youths through voluntarism in Liberia, Menue designs and leads programs that build the capacities of young men and women in Liberia for economic independence, advocacy, peacebuilding, leadership and behavior change. Menue enjoys using his digital and multimedia communications skills to help improve and increase visibility of humanitarian projects implemented by Nonprofit institutions including, local and international Non-Governmental Organizations, Community Based Organizations, and Civil Society Organizations. Currently, Menue is providing digital and multimedia communications support to the National Civil Society Council of Liberia, the ONSIDE Football and Peace Network and the Public Trust Media Group amongst other institutions. He is a 2019 Accountability Lab Accountapreneur.
