You have been making many edits to the map that are clearly vandalism…for example this park and this road. Despite other mappers trying to contact you to correct this behavior, you have carried on.

Therefore I am placing a block on your account. Governments, businesses, and individuals alike all rely on OpenStreetMap data. If you wish to contribute, please do so in a productive manner–not one that diminishes the value of OpenStreetMap.
