The import guidelines are clear about the need to use a dedicated account. The DWG feels that the need to use a dedicated account is a sound policy and is supported by our experiences in editing in areas with imports, cleaning up imports and the recent redaction experience, particularly in Poland.

The importing you are doing is not a small local import. I have my database reloading but a quick estimate gives me well over 2.5 million changes that you have made during imports.
