you are continuing to re-classify roads in OSM and attracting criticism from other community members for it. In https://www.openstreetmap.org/user_blocks/6686 you were told to stop doing this unless you secure community buy-in before; you have ignored that message.

In https://www.openstreetmap.org/user_blocks/6686 you were told that your account would be blocked permanently if you continue making these types of edits.

I am therefore now blocking this account permanently.

You have admitted that https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/Temat-Droga is your original account and that account is not currently blocked; you may continue to use that account, however if you use it for similar road re-classifications you will lose that account as well.
